At Garden Pals, Inc’s sole discretion, products under warranty will be repaired and/or replaced at no charge to the customer. Be sure to have your sales receipt and original date of purchase. All warranty service will be coordinated by Garden Pals, Inc.

Sales receipt are the only valid forms of Proof of Purchase. This warranty only covers failures due to defects in materials or workmanship which occur during normal use. Failures which result from weathering, accident, negligence, misuse, abuse, neglect, mishandling, alteration or modification, failure to maintain or damage that is attributable to acts of God are not covered. *** There are no express warranties except as listed above*** Garden Pals, Inc. shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of this product, or arising out of any breach of this warranty.
